Food for Life is a recipe series aimed at supporting people with cancer. Yes to Life have collaborated with consultant oncologist Professor Robert Thomas, founder of CancernetUK and author of ‘Lifestyle after Cancer’, vegan chef Day Radley and, founder of Live Lean Health, Chantal Di Donato to put this together.
Working alongside experts in the field of food, nutrition and lifestyle, the healthy living series consists of six videos of seasonal, easy to follow, easy to make, healthy, nutritious and tasty recipes.
“There is an increasing body of evidence to suggest that at least 50% of cancers could be prevented by healthy living, particularly nutrition. It is also very relevant after a cancer diagnosis because a healthy, nutritious diet can help reduce the odds of relapse, and can also help people to cope with the many side effects like fatigue, joint pains, hot flushes and weight gain.” - Professor Robert Thomas Consultant Oncologist at Cambridge and Bedford
