Drinking the Right Kind of Water Is Under-emphasized!
Many people know they need to change their diet to get healthy, but do you realize 3/4 of your body is water?
NB This post is by someone selling these devices so just keep that in mind and it may indeed be the best way to go--but there is another post under this Diet and Body Section called 'There's Water and then there's water' which was posted two years ago and has more water ideas on it......but whatever you do KEEP DRINKING!!!
So 3/4 of your body is water...That is 3 times as much as the food you eat! It is important to drink contaminant-free water, but that is not enough. It was discovered by Dr. Otto Warburg who won the Nobel Prize in 1931 (!!!) that cancer cells thrive in low oxygen, acidic pH environments and can't survive in high oxygen environments, as found in an alkaline state. However, drinking alkaline water from a bottle is not what you really need. While it is a step in the right direction, that water is alkalized through the addition of minerals. This actually can create a problem over time from the accumulation of calcium in the arteries, and too many inorganic minerals can lead to kidney stones and bone spurs among other things.In addition, if the water is in a plastic bottle, that itself makes it toxic from the chemicals the plastic leaches into the bottle. All bottled water is old and stagnant, too.
There is a technology that was developed in Japan and is available worldwide now that makes "Kangen water". This water is alkaline, not due to adding minerals but through splitting the water molecules using electricity.
