Two Useful Cookbooks
If you are looking for ideas to bring more variety to your alkalizing diet, two cookbooks I bought recently, might help.
Super Healthy Snacks and Treats by Jenna Zoe
and
Honestly Healthy - Eat with your body in mind The Alkaline Way by Natasha Corbett.
What I liked particularly was that the recipes do not require multiple new kitchen gadgets. For example, there are recipes prepared using a dehumidifier, but the author provides alternative instructions for preparation in a conventional oven. These books would also suit folk with food intolerances, like my grandson who is gluten, lactose and sugar intolerant; they provide delicious lunchbox and snacks recipes. I got mine from amazon.
