    Dear All, so.long since there has been a newsletter..so, post Covid, what's new? The team still gets queries from people saying they can amp up our sales..but as we know, the only thing we sell is self empowerment ..
    somebody commented that there have been very few 'new' posts.on the site...thats because we think that if you follow what's suggested on the site you'll be well.on your way..if there are any startling new breakthroughs we will.do our best to report them..but our respected team member Teleny who monitors scientific advances has nothing major to report. So, dear. members and non members, read, mark, learn and digest what has been collected over several years here, put it into.practice as well as you are able, and motor on. As the respected psychiatrist Gabor Mate declares,(link now on site) our bodies are ultimately affected by our.minds..he deconstructs obituaries and fascinating it is..As the winter solstice 2023 approaches, look how far you have come, look where you are going, set your satnav for wellbeing and as I already said, motor on..my inspiration for this site, ten years on, is still wonderfully alive...
